In today’s diverse business climate, companies find themselves in need of data from multiple data sources. Human Relations often leverage multiple systems for Payroll, Time & Attendance, Performance, Core HR, and many others. Accessing and integrating data from disparate systems such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, Taleo, and other sources is a very tall order.
Cross-data analysis is virtually impossible. The inability to create a sensible picture of the data causes inefficiency and can inhibit growth.
HR has the task of making decisions that are based on productivity, profitability and the well being of internal stakeholders, as well as understanding trends in the HR Market and exploring tradeoffs.
