As Sr. Manager of HCM Research and Advisory, Karina Monesson supports UKG’s thought leadership research strategy and partners closely with business leaders to help them maximize the value of their people and technology investments. A former journalist and market researcher, Karina speaks regularly with conference and customer audiences about HCM trends and best practices and her work has been featured in Forbes, SHRM, HR Dive, HR Executive, HR Daily Advisor, and Human Resources Today. She is passionate about leveraging research, data, and technology to improve peoples’ lives and drive systemic change.

Brianne Minnich

HCM Solutions Director

Brianne Minnich is an HR Professional with 8 years of experience supporting multiple entities across the globe. During her career growth she became passionate about the data behind the operation learning about gaps around Talent Intelligence. Most recently, Brianne joined SplashBI as their HCM Solutions Director meshing her passion for data and HR experience. Brianne will specialize in; Educating other HR professionals as well as the internal team at SplashBI, Growing the excitement around HR Analytics and Enhancing companies’ knowledge about their internal and external people analytics.

José Cervantes

Manager, ERM Business Value Consulting \| UKG

Jose leads UKG’s Relationship Management Business Value Consulting team with provides adoption and usage insights to UKG Pro WFM customers. The team focuses on value realization and empowers customers to capitalize on opportunities to grow their workforce management practices. Jose has over 17 years of HCM and WFM experience, including leading teams focused on adopting new technologies and maximizing value in the usage of implemented solutions.
