Steven Piperno - Head of Global Workforce Analytics, FIS
FIS is a global leader in financial services technology serving more than 20,000 clients in over 130 countries and employs more than 80,000 people worldwide. With 0.5 headcount, Steve founded FIS’ global workforce analytics function in 2016 and has since grown the team to 14 strong. With the purpose of designing and deploying analytical insights that support talent strategies critical to the success of the business, his team delivers value through three main services: (1) enabling The People Office’s direct access to actionable talent insights (2) partnering with stakeholders to co-create complex analyses and automate recurring insights, and (3) designing advanced analytical solutions using statistical methods and predictive modeling.
