SplashBI Strengthens Client Support

DULUTH, GA – July 10, 2019: Over the past few years, SplashBI has continued to grow from strength to strength. CEO and Co-Founder, Naveen Miglani, alongside SplashBI’s President and Chief Architect, Kiran Reddy Pasham, started the company with a vision of empowering organizations to understand the full story behind their data with SplashBI’s business analytics platform. Today, the company has evolved to become a team of over 300 people committed to providing the best service and insights for SplashBI’s customers.

SplashBI-Client-Support

As SplashBI continues to grow as a company, a few key changes have been made to the Support Leadership team that will provide an even better service for its clients. SplashBI is excited to announce the following changes.

Ragu Veeraraghavan, VP of Solutions, will be managing the entire Support organization. Ragu is a technologist at heart with over 30 years of experience in Architecture, Development, Analysis, Consultancy, PreSales, Implementations and DevOps and has managed multiple large teams. He has executed many projects in numerous technologies – BI Projects/OBIEE, Datalakes, Kronos (including a worldwide rollout at Macy’s), PeopleSoft and the largest cloud implementation of Oracle HCM for Macy’s.

Saritha Jampala, who will already be a familiar face to most of SplashBI’s customers, has been promoted to the Director of Support. She will oversee the support teams for SplashBI, GL Connect, and EiS. Saritha has been with the company for more than a decade and knows all of our tools inside and out.  We are very excited to see her continue to grow and excel in her new role!

Working closely with Saritha will be Krishna Bandyopadhyay, who will continue to be the Support Lead for EiS related tickets, and Rajani Indukuri will do the same for SplashBI support.

What do these changes mean for SplashBI’s customers? 

The goal is to have a better escalation path, faster ticket turnaround times and overall better support for the solutions SplashBI’s customers depend on the most. The team at SplashBI are extremely excited to implement these changes and see the company develop into the future.
