SplashBI has recently embarked on a journey for a sustainable future. Being a proud proponent of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), endorsed by the UN in September 2015, we are committed to developing initiatives to ensure our operations are sustainable and responsible, in line with our deep-seated ethos of ethical corporate conduct and dedication to sustainability across all facets of our enterprise. We aim to actively integrate SDG-aligned strategies into our business models, projects, and everyday processes. Notable examples include:

Scope

This charter applies to all operations, supply chain activities, and business practices of SplashBI with an aim to reduce the carbon footprint by 2040.

Our active and proposed programs include:

Reducing Environmental Impact

• Energy Efficiency:Implement energy-saving practices and transition to renewable energy sources across all facilities.
• Waste Reduction: Establish a comprehensive recycling program and minimize waste in all operational processes.
• Sustainable Transportation: Encourage the use of electric vehicles and promote telecommuting to reduce transportation-related emissions.
• Green Procurement: Prioritize purchasing products and services that have a lower environmental impact. SplashBI works with reputed vendors who have well-established sustainability practices and are committed to the Sustainable Development Goals established by the UN.

Promoting Diversity and Inclusion

Monitoring and Reporting

• Sustainability Metrics: Develop metrics to measure progress towards environmental, social, and economic sustainability goals.
• Regular Reporting: Publish annual sustainability reports to transparently share progress with stakeholders.

Enabling Customers to Report on Sustainability and Diversity

In addition to initiating SplashBI’s own journey towards a sustainable future, SplashBI has launched solutions that enable the customers to:

• Take diversity from thought to action: We help customers identify biases in recruitment, compensation, and performance management. Having visibility into DEI&B metrics empowers leaders and the HR team to understand how their diversity policies are working, where they need to balance the scales and ensure representation and inclusion at all levels of the organization.
• Comply with CSRD: The Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) has transformed the European Union (EU) corporate reporting landscape. CSRD compliance involves reporting on 47 critical people metrics ranging from pay equity and employee engagement to turnover rates and health & safety. We help our customers streamline the entire reporting process by allowing them to efficiently capture, analyze, and distribute the required workforce and ESG data insights.

Charter Review and Continuous Improvement

• Regular Reviews: Conduct regular reviews of the sustainability policy to ensure it remains effective and relevant.
• External Validation: SplashBI intends to seek ISO 14001 and 50001 certifications for its operations in a span of 3-5 years.
• Stakeholder Feedback: Encourage feedback from employees, customers, and other stakeholders to continuously improve sustainability efforts.
