Our first cloud-based product development, SplashOC has finally landed. With unlimited ad hoc capabilities, easy installation and adoption, users can now reap the benefits of data collection through the functionality of our new product, providing alternatives to Oracle’s database solutions. Boasting an extensive library of over 200+ pre-built readily-available reports, users can explore their data alongside integration with Google Analytics, and the quick installation will allow our customers to gather results instantly.

SplashOC’s pre-built reports enable users to access data from the cloud to produce legacy HCM reports, at a fraction of the cost. The comprehensive library of reports will benefit every department; from HR reporting queries to goal planning and career development, these reports will enable users to measure employee and business performance over time by combining both historical and present data to a degree which other platforms simply can’t obtain.

The user testing group highlighted the seamless user experience, revealing their favorite feature of SplashOC as its ability to combine several different data sets together in one central place; a feature that other products on the market cannot currently fully fulfil.
