Our SplashBI reporting and analytics solution (SplashBI for HR) helps public safety agencies, including police departments, fire departments, and emergency medical services (EMS) process the scheduling and rostering of people into cohesive reports to gain insights into how employees spend their time on the job. The data generated from timecards can be used to evaluate employee productivity, assess the efficiency of business processes, and make informed decisions about workforce management and allocation. For ease of integration, SplashBI leverages UKG’s REST APIs.
