Workforce Analytics Veteran, Brad Winsor joins SplashBI as Vice President of Workforce Analytics

SplashBI, leading provider of Actionable Intelligence: Cross-Application Reporting, Visualizations, and Analytics, today announced the recent addition of Brad Winsor to lead the development efforts of the company’s Workforce Analytics Solutions.

As Vice President of Workforce Analytics, Brad is leading the design and development of the next generation of HR analytics products. Beyond predictive models and interactive dashboards, he and his team are set to introduce an analytics innovation that the HR community has never seen.  Watch for the unveiling at HR TECH 2018 IN LAS VEGAS!

Prior to his position at SplashBI, Brad was Vice President of Workforce Planning and Analytics at PeopleFluent for 8 years, where he lead the design and development of multiple HR products. One of these products was an award-winning workforce analytics data discovery tool. He also lead the design and development of the market leading org chart product.
